Our main goal here at Hope 2 Freedom is to Help Others Pain End. A relapse is a violation of our house rules. It is an automatic discharge from our program. We have this rule in place to keep all residents and owners safe.
However, in the unfortunate situation that a resident does relapse we will do our best to support them back on to the road of recovery and connect them with the support they need. We have various resources in the community and state of New Hampshire. Hope 2 Freedom will support residents in any pathway to recovery. We will refer residents to an inpatient detox if needed, or 14–28-day treatment facility. It is up to the resident to accept our help.
If a resident is discharged or leaves on his own accord, he may reapply for admittance in no less than 7 days.
If a resident is readmitted back into our home they must agree the following
1- Resident will be placed on our Behavior contract.
2- Resident must attend a relapse prevention class (TBD)
